Protecting Your City From Wildfire – Virtual Event
California Governor Gavin Newsom recently unveiled his proposed $227 billion budget.
Primarily aimed to address several urgent needs in California in the wake of COVID-19, it plans to set aside $1 billion toward a “comprehensive wildfire and forest resilience strategy.”
While the process usually takes several months, the governor has called on lawmakers to take quick action given the state of the pandemic.
Featuring first responders, technical experts and authorities from multiple agencies, the Protecting Your City from Wildfire virtual conference next month will be the event to get the latest on the much-needed relief!
